There is a file in the "custom-styles" folder named "how-to-add-or-modify-styles.txt" that will help.

You'll create a folder for your style, and put it in that same folder. Inside your new folder, you'll have your custom theme files. At minimum, a file named mkt_style.css.

Just read that text file and it should help.
