How exactly, would I change the WP default theme to one of my choice. Is it as easy as changing the folder name?

It's actually easier than that.
In your WordPress administration area, you'll see a tab named "appearance". Under that tab will be listed the available themes. (The themes are located in the "/wp-content/themes/" folder of your WordPress install.
Just select the theme you want, click on it, and then click "Activate".
That's it.

I do understand that part.
I guess what i am tyring to say, is that I want to be able to use a "default" theme, to show my normal text and by using a page on the nav bar, take them to my "market theme" page to show my product.
How exactly can I accomplish this?

Ok, well the easiest way is to just create a second WordPress install into a subfolder. You can name it "store" or something like that.
Then on your main site, you can simply put a link in your navigation area to link to your store folder. (ie. http://www.yourwebsite.com/store)
You'd then just customize the colors and logo on the Market theme store install to match up with your other site's colors.
A lot of our other members use this technique and are happy with it.

Thank you for your quick response. I was wondering if maybe that would be the way to go. Will be working on it tonight.
Thanks again.
