Does anyone know if there is a plug-in to add an e-gift certificate form? One that could automatically email the gift certificate to recipient and/or capture the recipient's address for mailing?

I have been searching and have only found wp printable gift certificate which is fine for redeeming at actual events. I would like to offer my customers the chance to redeem online.

I found a perfect form on a website that was powered by X-Cart.

I would appreciate any insight on this!
