If you are using the "Enhanced Wordpress Contact Form" plugin included within the Market Theme download packge, then you do the following:

1.  Upload and activate the Contact Form plugin.

2.  Configure the settings as you wish through the "Settings" area

3.  Create a new page and name it "Contact" or "Contact us" or whatever you like.

4.  In the description box, enter the following text:

5.  Publish the page, and that should do it.

If you are using the "SECURE AND ACCESSIBLE PHP CONTACT FORM" (included in the upcoming release of Market), then you would do the following:

1.  Upload and activate the Contact Form plugin.

2.  Configure the settings as you wish through the "Settings" area

3.  Create a new page and name it "Contact" or "Contact us" or whatever you like.

4.  In the description box, enter the following text:

NOTE:     Be sure to do this in "HTML" mode (click the HTML tab) not the "VISUAL" mode.

5.  Publish the page.
