Chilean pesos must be relatively new to Paypal.
Here's the code to add:
1. Open your "functions.php" file for editing.
2. On or around line # 855 you'll find the following line of code:
3. Immediately AFTER this line, add the following line:
4. Save the file (and upload if necessary).
The option should now be in the currency dropdown box in the admin area.
Paypal sets a cookie on your machine as to which currency to show totals in. Typically the user's home currency.
Most likely, you have a cookie on your machine telling it to use USD. Delete the Paypal cookies, and try it again.
As long as you have your store language setup correctly for Chile, then it should work ok to those residents.
