How to make content full width in no sidebar page template

When I select the no sidebar template, only the sidebar content is removed.  Is there an easy way to have the main content become full width only in the no sidebar template?

I found that when I change:

<div class="content">

to

<div style="width: 930px" class="content">

in the no_sidebar.php file, it solves the problem.
