The standard install permits me to add different size options very easily. However, what do I do if I want to have different prices pertaining to each size? Do I have to create a new post for each size and then have them as 'related products' (using the microkid plugin). Thanks.

Right now if you want different prices for certain options — I recommend you doing it as you mentioned above.
In the download center, there is an older beta version of Market that allows you to do this — but I'm not sure that I recommend this. That version was released before I got here, and I'm not confident of it's value. That beta has stopped being supported, and Market has made a lot of improvements since then.
On a brighter note, our development team is working right now on this multiple option value functionality. This time it's being approached from a better angle programatically.
I expect about a month for it to be finished and available for download. We'll send out a notice when it's available.

Thanks – I'll use the plugin in the short term then and look forward to the enhanced version shortly.

Probably tomorrow. Just need to finish a couple of test on an unrelated feature and write up the documentation for the installation file. Check the download center tomorrow or the next day.

Yes, it is available now in the current version. Make sure you have the latest Product Manager Plugin also.
The Product Manager "Add Product" page will give you an example on how to add onto the price.
You'll see something like this under the "Size" section.
For option upcharge or discount, use a "@" symbol followed by price variance. For Example: Small@-1.00,Medium,Large@1.25
This will add to, or subtract from, the base product price.

Excellent! I just started using Market Theme this weekend and was happy to see this feature.
