Hi
I want to change the whole of the sidebars background colour to white. Any advice would be great.

There's an image file that you'll need to change.
It's the image named "cont-bg.gif" that's located in the "/imgs" folder of the Market Theme files.
If you're using one of the custom stylesheets that are built into Market Theme, then you'll need to alter the image file named "page-bg.jpg" that's located in the specific stylesheet folder that you're using. All of the custom styles are in the "custom-styles" folder.

I tried this last week, but the text doesn't show up… because its white!
If possible can you direct me to where to change the colour of the text!

I HIGHLY recommend the free plugin for Firefox called "Firebug".
It's my most valued stylesheet editing tools.
Just right click on any page element and choose the "inspect element" option.
