Also, that's a great workaround you did with Paypal calculating the shipping fees. How did you do that? (Would you mind sharing?)

The multiple shipping options version of Market is about 3 days away. There is also a Product Manager plugin update to go along with it to allow you to enter mulitple shipping rates and values.
I will be sending out an email to all customers once it is available for download.
