is it possible to import affiliate data feed products and send the visitor to the merchant shopping cart (example dispaly all the products form discount-suplements.com) and send the visitor to pay at the store or do I always need my own shopping cart and then I cant do it ?

There's nothing built-in with Market to connect a data feed.

It could probably be done by someone familiar with PHP coding, and rss, but it would be a custom project.
