Hi Guys,

Just before I buy, is it possible to change the "Add to Caet" button on each Product Post to a "Buy Now" button linking to a unique tracking URL for each product?

Yes.   In the "How to" forum section, there are a posts on integrating affiliate links.  (and using the buy now button)
