glad i found your great looking product, perhaps my long search is finally over? a few questions:
1. is it possible to use markettheme as a multi-vendor solution/platform using some sort of plugin or existing custom code? by multi-vendor i mean setting up markettheme to allow many sellers the ability to post and manage their own products and accounts with one one instance of markettheme, i.e. markettheme would serve as a virtual mall?
2. there are quite a few very nice custom designs posted in the "market gallery" section of the forum. before purchasing markettheme i would like to contact a couple of the these designers to get an idea of what such a job would cost so i can factor this expense into my budget along with the $150 version of mt. for example, i would like to get in touch with "christina" who did the excellent custom design for the knife store and "gorilla" who did the nice t-shirt shop. can i email mt privately for this info?
3. is this pre-sale forum the only way to get in touch with mt before purchasing the product?
thanks…
virtual mall idea — Possibly, but you'd need to test it. We haven't set it up with that in mind, but with our Demo site — "subscriber" roles have the ability to add/edit their own products — but not those of others. (Which is what you want I suppose.) They also do not have the ability to modify page information. However, currently — they do have the ability to modify the Market Theme store settings. (You may need to change that.)
contacting members — You can certainly send any other member a Private Message with your request. No problem there.
pre-sale — It's the best way to contact, however you can use the "contact form" located on the Market Theme demo. That actually goes to us too.

Hello, it looks as though you guys have developed a credible Wordpress marketplace theme, but I'm an e-junkie user and it doesn't look as though this theme comes out of the box ready to support it.
I found your theme on the e-junkie marketplace and thought that it was e-junkie ready… For example, I have both digital download and tangible products for sell, and it looks as though this theme is not yet ready to support both. Having to change the php code is going to be beyond the capabilities of many of the sort of customers you guys seek.
Any comments on future capabilities to support e-junkie "out of the box?" Maybe another version just for e-junkie users? That's what I expected when I saw your marketplace listing there.
Thanks,
Eric
Hi Eric,
At the current time, we're leaning more toward integrating digital delivery within the theme, and not requiring e-junkie at all.
It's still a ways out, so for the time being integration with e-junkie is still hard-coded, and digital only.
However, our latest theme version in the download center does offer the ability to set a product with an affiliate link. This "affiliate" product can be intermixed with physical products. I suppose, you could do something with puttin your e-junkie link into that link URL area.

I just want to know if right now e-junkie can work with Pro. I hope to receive some updates ![]()
