I have noticed that all the currency is based in USD ($). Is there a way of getting this to work in UK pounds Sterling (£)? Thanks

It's simple, as there is a currency option dropdown box in the "Market Theme" options settings area.  Just select your desired currency, and click the "Activate Changes" button.
