How do orders arrive to me?
2 – Are there monthly purchase reports?
3 – Is there a tool for calculating shipping pre-integrated with USPS or other shipping agents?
Thanks – I'd really like a quick responce as I am alreadypart way buying another system but they are jerking me around and will switch to you in a heart beat as your system seems a LOT simpler and far easier to use. (Free praise and that's just on using the demo and not even a customer yet!)

Currently, when a customer makes a purchase — you'll get an email order receipt that shows all of the customer related information.
As time goes on, we'll be creating report pages within Market, that you'll be able to review customer and order history. Those reports are just not currently developed yet.
As far as a tool for calculating shipping with outside carriers — that's not currently a part of Market Theme either.
Our system is very simple, and easy to setup — but it does have some shortcomings related to an online reporting area. But we do hope to work toward integrating some of those as time goes on.
