Hi

Quick questions:

1) When looking at the admin demo, I didn't see how you could pick and choose what specific web pages your content gets posted on. How do you control this? Is it turned off in the demo, or is it part of the main wordpress core, or does it not exist?

2) Where do you change the layout setting? ie: original, half grid - half store, or all grid view.

3) Are you accepting any customization freelance projects currently? If not, can you recommend a few professionals please?

Thank you

Hello chiman, I'll try to do my best to answer your questions..

1) This one is a bit confusing to me, only because I'm not 100% sure what you mean. It seems to me like you may be asking if you can set where posts are going to show up. First off, you must understand that Wordpress is a blogging platform. If you install it on the root of your server, it's going to be accessed by going to http://www.yoursite.com. If you put it in its own directory, it will be something like http://www.yoursite.com/shop for example. With each page and / or post you create within Wordpress, they will then fall under that url structure, ie: http://www.yoursite.com/my-first-post or http://www.yoursite.com/shop/my-first-post. Within Wordpress itself, you can set a specific page to be the index / homepage. Say for example you don't want what you initially see when checking out our live demo when your first access http://www.yoursite.com. You can create another page, fill it with whatever content you want, and set it as the index from within your Wordpress dashboard.

2) There are actually 3 different versions of Market available in the download center - Market 3 (what the demo is showing), Market 2, and Market 1. MK1 + MK2 have slightly different layout designs and a bit of weaker feature set, but may be of some use to you. Market 3 out of the box will have an index / homepage laid out just like the demo - recent posts on the left and recent shop additions on the right. An additional template is included in the theme called Storefront. From within the Wordpress dashboard you can create a new page, “Shop” for example, and set the page template to “storefront”. This will then add in a page like the store page in our demo, with just a straight on grid view of your products. You can also set this page as the homepage from within the Wordpress dashboard under the settings -> reading panel.

3) At the moment I am not as I start college in a little more than a week and don't want to commit to anything without knowing how much time I'll have available. I can put together a list of more than worthy industry professionals which I'll gladly email you if you'll be kind enough to provide your email address.

Hello Admin,

Thank you for your reply.

Is there a way for me to privately provide my email address?
Or perhaps you can send the list of developers to the email address I've given to make this post.

Thank you
