I plan on having some of my own ebooks and the others i want redirected to clickbank sites. Is this easy to do? Also is there only one style of the market theme?

I think there is a guide in the How To section of the forums on how to do this. Search the forums and you'll find it.

Regarding the looks of Market Theme: You can try market 1,2,3 and see which one you like more but you'd have to customize it by adding your logo/header, colours etc
