Would I be able to integrate the market theme with something similar to this: http://www.revolutiontwo.com/plugins/featured-content-gallery.htm (doesn't have to be that one).

I want to be able to "Feature" various products visually in a Flash container that will then direct customers to a product category or product page itself.

I am intending to develop this theme for the following: http://www.danilos.com

I can't really say if you'd be able to integrate it into a flash gallery like that.  I don't know your coding level, and I also don't know how flash works.  Given enough time, and enough coding skill, a person can do just about anything.

I can tell you that you should be able to access the Wordpress database and pull out the data from it.

I can't really give much more advice than that.  That's a heavily customized project, and we don't support customized projects.  Too many possibilities.
