You can use Market Theme for this purpose with some modifcation of your theme and a slight alteration in your data entry.

First, you'd need to edit the header and footer file to remove the "Add to Cart" links.  Since you wouldn't be selling stuff yourself, these would not be needed.

Besides that, you'd also need to disable the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button from showing on the product details page.  These buttons will disappear automatically if you leave the "Price" field blank, however if you want to enter a price — then you'll need to edit the page code so that the "add to cart" button simply does not display.  (It's a very easy 1 line modification)

Finally, you'd need to just place your affiliate link in the end of your description field.  This will display the affiliate hop link on your website, and allow the visitor to jump over to that site.
