Many of your presales questions are quite dated.

I have a retail Jewelry store client that needs an area for purchasers to leave comments and/or to have item-specific "options" such as commments, monograms: single-letter monogram, multi-letter monogram, SIZE (for rings), etc.

Has this functionality been added and released yet?

Are you guys aware of anyone else with a jewelry-store type website, that uses Market Theme?  If so, can you supply me with some URLs so that I can check them out?

Are there any WP plugins that you guys particularly recommend, to be used in conjunction with market Theme?

Market Theme does now have a new "comments/special instructions" area available within within a product page, where customers can enter specific information related to that product (such as monogram or personal message).

This "special instructions" box can be turned ON or OFF for any product, so if you sell other items that don't require it to be there, it doesn't have to be.

As far as recommended plugins to use with Market Theme, we do recommend the "All-in-one SEO", "si-contact-form", and "wordpress-firewall" plugins. (Which are all included in the download package.)

i too have the same question. I looked at the posts for products in the backend and did not see the provision for "comments/special instructions". Can you please direct me to it? Thanks

On the "Add/Edit Product" page, look in the "Additional Specs" box below the pricing box. 

Within that area, you'll see a checkbox that says "Include Comments/Special Instructions box on product page.

 

Just check that box.

I was playing around in the demo and I don't see that checkbox anywhere.  Is the demo up to date?

The online demo is an older version than what's currently in the download center.

 

We'll get working on making that update here in the next day or two.
