Hmm….  How to define "easy"…

Depending on how far you wanted to take it is the question.  There is no quick "language selection" option.  You'll have to modify it on your own.

Using Google translator I guess would be a good start, and editing the english within the theme editor and of course your product descriptions.  If you wanted to edit the administration part, you're getting into more in depth searching through the wordpress code files and plugins.

may I jump in? ;-)

would have to translate this thingy as well.

Admin etc. does not matter, but anything frontend related should be translated (currency, date, phrases like "Shipping cost", etc…

Are strings handled in standard wordpress style (language files) or is everything hardcoded into the theme?

If it is the latter, this would cause major trouble with every update/upgrade, thats why I ask.

UPDATE –  Market does now have a language file, so you can translate any of the text or phrases in the theme to whatever language you desire.  All you have to do is edit the text in one file.  "mkt_language.php".
