Sorry for posting here, but I've already sent an email using your contact for a few days ago and tried posting in the other forum but did not appear to be able to register without an invitiation code.

I have a new client who had this Market Theme installed for her by another developer. She does not have any of the member's area information and, therefore, cannot log in. However, that is not the main issue.

Her installation appears to have since been infected with a malware / backdoor trojan in the form of a config.php file that is located in the /mk4/phpthumb/cache/ folder. I cannot ascertain if 1) the malware has been injected into this config.php file or 2) if this config.php file is rogue and should not even be in there.

I am also wondering how my client can get access to the member's area. I am not seeing any type of license number in her WP Dashboard for Market Theme, that would help verify – she already owns a copy and maybe forward that to you to be able to get her access to the Market Theme members area. Am I not looking in the right place? Do we need to purchase another version?
