Right now, it's only Paypal and Google checkout.

Merchant account gateways are coming later in the year though.

How do I find the area where I can change my pay pal account to a new business pay pal account? I am lost here.

Not sure, but try searching the Paypal.com site.  There's probably an "upgrade" button within your Paypal account interface.
