Does the Market Theme allow for registered membership, where each member can his images, etc, subject to my review and approval before going live?

Is seller (or product) ratings be incorporated into the theme?

Can each seller have his own blog within the website powered by the Market theme?

Should I assume that shopping cart and checkout (via PayPal Website Payment Pro, for example) are incorporated into the theme, so minimal programming is needed on my part?

Is the $55 a one-time payment or an annual fee?

#1.  Market is not setup for restricted access based on membership level.

#2.  seller or product ratings are not a current part of Market

#3.  Market theme isn't really setup for having multiple sellers.  It could probably be adapted for something like that, but I couldn't really offer anything more on something like that. It's most suited to an individual store.

#4.  The shopping cart system is part of Market.  It then connects with Paypal for checkout.  All you need to do is enter your Paypal ID in the Market Theme settings area.  No more technical knowledge other than that.  Programming is not needed. 

#5.  The $55 is a one-time payment.

No, not at all. The only other thing you need is a Paypal account to connect to it.

Nothing ongoing, other than your domain name and hosting account fees.

The Hosting is not through us. That is up to you with a separate company.
