There's nothing built into the theme or product manager that helps with an import, however if you can navigate around your backend MySQL database a little, there is an import function within that which you can use.  (Not sure of how skilled you are, but with a name like "the WebGirl", I'd say there's probably a good change you can figure it out.)

Basically, I'd suggest adding 1 product first so when you go into the database, you can see how the product record is inserted into the database.  Then, you can format your CSV list of products to match.
