The store looks ideal for what I need. What/how is it optimized for Search Engines? Should SEO plugins be added to the theme? If so, do you have a recommendation?

Actually, included in the download package is another SEO plugin that helps you in that regard.

Does normal wordpress plugins like, all-in-one-seo, cystat, exec-php, sitemap.xml, and a lot more; does this plugins work in market theme? Is it a widgetized theme?

Yes normal plugins work fine, and yes it is widgetized.
Actually, we've included the all-in-one seo plugin in the download package to encourage people to use it.
(The only plugin I know doesn't work is the "featured content gallery" plugin.
