We are considering buying this theme, but need to know if it can do what we need it to.
For Shipping, we need it set up like this:
Ground – free
2-Day Air – $10
Overnight – $20
For Pricing, we need:
Small $price
Medium $price
Large $price
We are selling gift baskets, and depending on the basket, some will have different size options and price options. The prices are all different, so we would need to be able to set this up for each individual basket (the correct pricing.)
Will your theme be able to do this?
Is it easy to use and are there tutorials? We recently purchased another product and are extremely frustrated, as it doesn't work!

I wanted to make it clear that for pricing, we would need to be able to have different prices for each basket and each size.
Also, we have version 3.0.1 of wp. Is market theme compatable with this?
Anyone know the answers to these questions?

Let me answer in reverse order…
Market does allow you to have a base rate for a product, and then offer various options which can add to, or subtract from, the base price.
Here's an example page that uses the option boxes to adjust the price of the product. You can play around with different combinations and see the results when you view your shopping cart.

As far as the shipping goes, right now by default — it's product based. Meaning, the shipping charge is setup per product — not really per order.
However, there is a code modification outlined in this support post that may help.

It will allow you to have a base shipping rate, plus individual product rates. Or, if you keep reading toward the end, you'll see you can also just offer a standard store rate.
In a few months down the road, we're going to be revisiting the shipping options of Market and adding additional methods. We'll also be moving the shipping selector from the product details page, to the main shopping cart contents page.

Thank you for the information. We love this theme! It's so much easier to use than the one we previously purchased.
We got the pricing. As far as the shipping, we can use the base/priority/international setup if we can change the wording to ground/2-day air/overnight. Is there a place in the code where we can do this?

Sure, you can change the wording to whatever you like.
Simply edit the file "English.php" (or whatever language you're using). Just do a search for the words/phrase you want to replace and then make the change you want, and save the file.
Be careful not to enter any single quotes without preceding them with the backslash ("\\") as an escape character. (eg. won\\'t )

Thanks – that should be what we need.
Another question – I hope it's ok to ask it here. How do you add an image to the products page that lists your products for each category? I would like an image of each gift basket next to the description.

That image comes directly from the product image you upload when you create a new product listing.
Provide me an example link if you think I'm missing the question.

I just want to ask for updates. I just wondering if I can make it possible to have a shipping cost per order. I just wondering if it is now possible.

There is a modification in the support forum to allow per order shipping costs. It's not built-in yet though.
