we have a client partnering with charities and non-profit organizations in a fundraising/referral program. they will direct people to our site. when purchases are made either (a) they'll be asked who referred them (b) we want people to use ejunkie as an affiliate program.

has anyone used ejunkie and markettheme?

ejunkie works with paypal and google checkout so i think that would work, right?

You can use e-junkie with Market.  E-junkie has it's own shopping cart system, so you'll just need to replace the "buy now" and "add to cart" links within the "single.php" Market theme file with the product links that e-junkie provides you.
