Where is it that you are located.  Can one contact you via phone, email for support or do you only provide a support forum platform?  It the later, how long does it usually take to have questions/issues answered? Are upgrades free or $? How often do you offer new revisions?

We are located just outside Sacramento, CA. 

As far as support goes, there is no email or phone support.  It is only offered through the forums. This helps provides an ongoing and growing resource base for questions and answers.  The support forum is already pretty extensive, so most of the time you're going to get your answer without even needing to create a post.  Generally a couple of days response is typical if your question isn't already answered, however there are a lot of great community members who lurk all the time and chime in with answers before we need to.

Updates/upgrades are always free.  We're hoping to have another revision out in 2 to 3 months.
