I suppose then, that for you it really comes down to getting a theme design you like.

The Market Theme demo that's available here at the website is using version 3.62, however with the upcoming release of Market 4.0 — the theme design is drastically different, and much more like that of a typical online store.

Here's an example of another member who has just setup a version of the Market 4.0 Beta.

It's still in the development stages, but you may be able to get an idea from it.

This member doesn't have the "store" page setup as his homepage, but it's just a setting he has chosen.  We've designed it to act as the homepage — he's just set it up slightly different with a featured products area as the home.
