If you re-read the instructions at the top of the demo, you'll see that the login is "demo" not "admin".  (Both the username and password are "demo").

As far as support goes, we'll try to address major issues within the forums.  Questions regarding customization or moving things around, are outside the scope of our support.  We will sometimes help with those, however those types of questions open up a can of worms, because each website customization project is different and unique.
