How do I show just one category on the front page?

The front page shows a listing of the latest products I have added. I would like to put certain featured products on the front page, not the newst. How do I do that?

The easiest way to do it without having to modify the code, is to just simply change the dates on the posts you want to show, to be "today".

The front page will always show the posts with the most recent date.
