"I just want to run my own shop..."
Whether or not you are an experienced webmaster or just an average blogger who wants to run their own shop or shops, the Standard License would make the most sense for you. One license can be used on as many domains as you want, so long as it is only you using it. You may not edit the theme and redistribute it.
"I want to use this for my clients..."
If you are a designer or developer and you would like to use the Market theme as a base for which to build client work of, then the Developers License makes the most sense for you. You can edit it freely and distribute it to clients, but you may not redistribute as it. (You can upgrade at any time to a dev license from the Download Center.)
Can I Sell Digital Downloads?
Yes! For the time being, we recommend using E-Junkie.com ($5 a month) to handle digital downloads. This will allow you to "expire" the page after the customer has completed their download. Integration is simple - just paste the ejunkie code in place of the template code in the single.php or use the already ready to go E-Junkie "add to cart" download pack.
