I've got a couple of suggestions, you may or may not be working on them already.

I would make your header image the same width as your site, I think the default width is 970px.

I would change the background colour of your sidebar to match the rest of the site a little better. You have to replace an image file in the MK4/images file called cont-bg.gif. I just made a small white image called it 'cont-bg.gif' and dropped it in the images file.

And I would change the colour of the text of your horizontal navigational bar. When you hover over the top the text blends in to the white background. Maybe try grey/blue.
