What should be first, Market Theme or e-Junkie?

I am moving my website away from MobileMe to another hosting in order to install WordPress, and then Market. For delivering my PDF lessons I will open an account with e-Junkie. For the integration, which is the best approach, creating the list of products on Market first, or getting the codes with e-Junkie and then configuring all the store on Market. Your ideas will be appreciated.

To create the e-junkie products, you'll need the Wordpress product post ID — so that means you'll have to create the products in Market Theme first.
